Human fears is the main thing of this collection. The fear of death, fear of the dark, thunderstorms or pain, unpredictable palette of touching children's fears – every fear is open on these canvases.
I don't consider my paintings depressive. I wasn't going to scare the viewer or cause resentment, on the contrary - I want to help you to face your fears and get rid of them, and maybe, learn to understand other people, their weaknesses and sorrows.
Creative images don't repeat nature, they are meant to whip up emotions and feelings, to excite, to awake long-forgotten memories.
The fears that live in the souls of people of different age, gender and class are look from my paintings by lively eyes, ready to laugh or to disturb, to surprise or scare.
No one likes to be troubled by doubts and fears, almost nobody will agree to talk about it, and especially to make an almost superhuman effort, trying to understand the other. However, secret emotions will be still alive, even if you try to distract yourself with alcohol or fun conversations. You can get over them only by disturbing secret.
After all, when a person is afraid, the mind ceases to play a crucial role, mind suddenly finds itself on the unknown territory.
It is at this point familiar and scarce world reveals new facets, and the old framework of reality dissolve, allowing you to see the life in another way.
The collection includes 15 works. Everyone has a chance to find what it is impossible to tell, but can only see and experience, once feeling outside the usual framework of standard, smooth, and "trimmed" reality.
